Arguably one of the most beautiful places on the Central Coast, Point Lobos has been referred to as "the greatest meeting of land and sea in the world". Rumored to be the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson's, "Treasure Island", Point Lobos is a masterpiece of wild beaches, waterfalls, ghostly cypress trees and secret coves. This is where the wildlife roam...from sea lions to mountain lions, orcas and grey whales.

We wanted to capture an olfactory vignette of this fabled location in our "Point Lobos" candle. We start with top notes of fresh seaweed and watery juniper, the middle notes are of driftwood, and a bit of mysterious oud, while olibanum (Frankincense), tobacco leaf, wet stone and vetiver conjure the alchemistic base notes.

Contains essential oils of bergamot from Italy, cedar wood from Texas, lemon, lemongrass from Guatamala, mandarin from Italy, orange from Florida, patchouli from Indonesia, and black pepper from Madagascar.

If warmed daily, fragrance should last for about one month.

    Pleasant smell and pretty jar

This is a nice day time scent and one that I would consider giving as a gift to any friend who has visited;I usually take guests to Point Lobos State Reserve. Also would make a nice hostess gift.
